The University of Michigan houses the federally funded Economic Development Administration (EDA) Community Economic Adjustment Program (CEAP) program. CEAP connects communities with support services and/or funding opportunities available through federal, state, and non-profit resources. As part of its mission, CEAP assists with preparation of grant narratives and grant application reviews for communities.
