The Lezage Training Center is a loss control service of the MML Workers’ Compensation Fund and MML Liability & Property Pool. It is an employee training system that provides free, unlimited, 24/7 access to online videos on topics from worker safety to human resources, as well as tracking and documentation of training completion by individual employees.

Eligibility

Current members of the MML Workers’ Compensation Fund and/or MML Liability & Property Pool.

Simple to Administer and Use

After completing a short registration form, your organization’s Training Administrator will have access to a suite of tools to assign and deliver online trainings to your team members. Employees simply login to the site with an access code, select and complete the training course and quiz, and submit their name to create the training record and certificate.
