- Development of ADA-compliant Job Descriptions
- Custom job evaluation using a point factor system and/or alternative job analysis techniques as appropriate
- Valid survey techniques designed to accurately match positions to market comparables and effectively capture the competitive labor market of the client
- Survey and analysis of employee benefits as well as wages
- Costing and discussion of optional approaches for implementation
- At the clients request, we will include options for the integration of performance based pay, broad-banding systems and other progressive approaches to pay administration
