Digital Guidelines for Submitting Artwork

Your art file MUST be readable in a PC platform. If you are using a Mac, you or your service provider must convert it to the PC version of one of the following software choices.

Clearly indicate which publication the ad is for. (i.e. January/February Review; January 2009 Directory Yellow Pages; 2009 Capital Conference Program)

Color
All advertisements in The Review magazine (display and Marketplace section) are full color. With the exception of the inside front and back covers, display ads in the Yellow Pages of the Directory of Municipal Officials are only available in black-and-white.

Artwork Resolution and Accepted Software
Your artwork should be a resolution of at least 300 dpi.

For print publications we can accept files created in the following software (software options are listed in order of our preference):

Illustrator
Be sure to convert all the text to curves/outlines or also send the font files.

InDesign
Make sure you include a list of the fonts you used and the actual font files, and send your company logo and any other images in your ad as separate graphic files (.tif or .eps extensions).

Photoshop

Other Software
For some publications we can arrange for you to email your file directly to our printer. If you are using a different software than those listed above and have a digital file for the Review please email [email protected] for directions.
