MDOT Michigan Mobility Plan Implementation Strategies Survey – Responses Requested by 6/30

June 23, 2026
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is currently developing Michigan Mobility 2050 (MM2050), the state’s next long-range transportation plan. MM2050 will serve as an update to the state’s current plan, Michigan Mobility 2045 (MM2045). This means MM2050 will build upon and refine the strategies, trends, and policy direction established in MM2045 rather than creating an entirely new framework. The overall vision, goals and objectives will remain consistent with MM2045. The purpose of this survey is to gather input from MDOT’s partner organizations on the strategies used to implement MM2045 policies and to identify any additional strategies that should be considered for MM2050 or future long-range transportation plans.
Fill | MM2050 Implementation Strategies Survey
MM2045 includes 29 implementation strategies (within 8 strategic groups). This survey presents each strategy along with its key elements. You will be asked to rate each strategy on a scale from 1 to 5, with 5 indicating the highest level of satisfaction. You will then be asked whether additional strategies should be included within each strategy group. At the end of the survey, you will be prompted to provide information about yourself and the organization you represent.
The full plan is available on State Long-Range Plan website at Michigan.gov/SLRP. Chapter 15 of the Compliant Plan provides additional detail regarding each of the below strategies.
MDOT is requesting one survey response per organization. Please feel free to gather internal input from across your organization before completing the survey. Thank you for your time and participation.
Please complete the survey by Close of Business, Tuesday, June 30th
