MSHDA has announced the Housing Readiness Grant Incentive Program which will provide $5 million in grant funding to support Michigan’s vibrant cities, villages, and townships in adopting or eliminating rules and regulations to encourage building more housing and increasing affordability.
The program will begin accepting applications on January 16, 2024. Learn more on Monday, December 11 at noon when MSHDA’s Tim Klont joins Live with the League to discuss.
