MPSC Franchise Entity Survey Now Live

The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) is looking to gather information through an online survey from municipalities across the state of Michigan to be included in their annual report. The survey is quick and easy and should only take a few minutes of your time. It is important that MPSC staff receives feedback from franchise entities (municipalities) as the information will help to provide them with a better insight of the video/cable issues that may be occurring in your community.
The survey will be live until November 17, 2025.
Survey access information:
- Go to michigan.gov/mpsc and click on “Regulatory Information” at the top of the page.
- Next, scroll down and click on “Telecommunications” at the bottom
- Lastly, click on “Video/Cable Regulatory Information” and you will find the survey under the “Provider & Franchise Entity Information” category.
