MSHDA Housing Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Program Trainings

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) is hosting three virtual training sessions on October 2, October 6, and October 9 to better inform stakeholders of the new Housing TIF Program. The trainings are targeted toward consultants, developers, and municipalities/ Brownfield Redevelopment Authorities, but anyone can attend.

Training Schedule

MSHDA Housing TIF Training for Consultants: Monday, October 2, 2023 from 1:00pm – 2:00pm
MSHDA Housing TIF Training for Developers: Friday, October 6, 2023 from 10:00am – 12:00pm
MSHDA Housing TIF Training for Municipalities/Brownfield Redevelopment Authorities: Monday, October 9, 2023 from 1:00pm – 2:00pm
