PlacePlans Implementations

After communities have completed the PlacePlans process, the next step is to implement the proposed design elements. Check out the work of communities that have advanced to this step.

	Allegan Allegan, a 2014 PlacePlans participant, received a Core Communities grant for public infrastructure and site improvements from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation. The city will use the funds to implement some of the projects proposed in their Downtown Riverfront Development plan.
	Cadillac Cadillac, a 2014 PlacePlans participant, received a Core Communities grant for public infrastructure and site improvements from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation. The city will use the funds to implement some of the features of their Heritage Plaza PlacePlan.
