Information was released earlier today from Treasury detailing the process for communities to review these final estimates in advance of the final, pro-rated payments being distributed later this spring.\u00a0 The following information was provided by Treasury.\u00a0 League members are encouraged to review the latest payment estimates and notify Treasury staff as soon as possible for any error corrections.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.michigan.gov\/documents\/treasury\/PSPHPR_Prorated_Award_Amounts_as_of_March_23_2021_720108_7.pdf\">PSPHPR Prorated Award Amounts as of March 23, 2021<\/a> listing is available on Treasury\u2019s PSPHPR website.\u00a0 <strong>Treasury is asking all PSPHPR applicants to review the listing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If an applicant identifies an error or omission, please contact Treasury at 517-335-0155 or by emailing <a href=\"mailto:Treas-CARES@michigan.gov\">Treas-CARES@michigan.gov<\/a>.\u00a0 <strong>Applicants must contact Treasury by Tuesday, April 6, 2021 with any concerns.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>If an applicant <u>does not identify an error<\/u>, no further action is required to notify Treasury.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note the following regarding the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.michigan.gov\/documents\/treasury\/PSPHPR_Prorated_Award_Amounts_as_of_March_23_2021_720108_7.pdf\">PSPHPR Prorated Award Amounts as of March 23, 2021<\/a> listing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prorated Award Amounts are not final.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Treasury is in the process of completing final audits of the PSPHPR applications (affected applicants have been contacted).<\/li>\n<li>Awards will be finalized upon completion of the final audits and after the applicant\u2019s review of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.michigan.gov\/documents\/treasury\/PSPHPR_Prorated_Award_Amounts_as_of_March_23_2021_720108_7.pdf\">PSPHPR Prorated Award Amounts as of March 23, 2021<\/a> listing.<\/li>\n<li>Final Prorated Award Amounts are projected to be published in April 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The \u201cBalance to Pay\u201d amounts are the current projected amounts to be paid by Treasury to applicants.\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cBalance to Pay\u201d amounts that are negative indicate that an applicant\u2019s \u201cInitial 50% Payment\u201d was greater than the \u201cProrated Award Amount\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Once the prorated award amounts are finalized, applicants will need to repay the negative amounts.\u00a0 <strong>Do not repay the negative amounts until contacted by Treasury<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>All amounts are subject to change.
