That credit was eliminated in 2011, but recently legislation was introduced to reinstate it (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legislature.mi.gov\/(S(51cjvnbr4ulrawyjknar4q3r))\/mileg.aspx?page=getObject&amp;objectName=2017-SB-0469\">Senate Bill 469<\/a>).
