The Bureau of Medical Marihuana Regulations (BMMR), housed within the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA), is seeking participants for medical marijuana stakeholder work groups. The bureau is facilitating the five stakeholder work groups to discuss and provide suggestions on regulatory topics related to the Medical Marihuana Facilities Licensing Act (MMFLA). The five work groups, one for each license type, are:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Grower<\/li>\n
  2. Processor<\/li>\n
  3. Safety Compliance Facility<\/li>\n
  4. Provisioning Center<\/li>\n
  5. Secure Transporter<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The work groups will gather information only and do not take the place of the licensing board nor the advisory board as provided for in the MMFLA. The purpose is to collect input on the various regulatory topics of each work group. The deadline to apply is Tuesday, September 5, 2017.
