Callton) provides for state and local regulations of medical marihuana provisioning centers\/dispensaries.\u00a0 The introduced version does not allow a local municipality to ban dispensaries within their community but we are working with the bill sponsor to ensure this makes it into the next substitute.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/legislature.mi.gov\/(S(4lcoyfdto5ygkt2kzx5cm1ch))\/mileg.aspx?page=getObject&amp;objectname=2015-HB-4210\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HB 4210<\/a> (Rep.
