The Michigan Municipal League\u2019s message on PPT has consistently been 100 percent, guaranteed replacement. The bills do represent 100 percent replacement and a more stable reimbursement mechanism.<\/p>\n<p>The bills, Senate Bills <a href=\"http:\/\/legislature.mi.gov\/%28S%2802cncf55wdmgkx454m0n4x55%29%29\/mileg.aspx?page=home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">821-830<\/a>, now head to the House floor. We expect the House will vote on the legislation next week.
