Eric Lupher, with Citizens Research Council, gave a broad budget overview, touching on the highllights of what is being funded this year. Then League lobbyists Summer Minnick, Andy Schor, and Jason Mancini talked more in detail regarding the programs that fund local government services, such as revenue sharing\/EVIP, the new brownfield programs, and transportation funding. More than 100 League members participated in the webinar, asking questions about the Governor&#8217;s proposals.
