The Michigan Secretary of State’s Bureau of Elections has an online system to collect information necessary to reimburse local units of government for costs incurred administering the presidential primary. Click here<\/a> to access the form.<\/p>\n

The system will allow you to enter and submit data, print a copy for your records and a copy to return signed to the Secretary of State. The form must be returned no later than May 28, 2012 to this address: Michigan Department of State, Bureau of Elections, PO Box 20126, Lansing, MI 48901-0726.<\/p>\n
