Here are some ineligible uses of the American Rescue Plan support for municipalities as presented by the U.S. Department of the Treasury during a webinar Monday.

UPDATE: Due to popular demand, the White House expanded the ZoomGov audience capacity for our White House Briefing on the American Rescue Plan’s State and Local Program funding tonight, May 10 at 6:45pmET. The briefing will be conducted by Gene Sperling, White House ARP Coordinator and Senior Advisor to the President, and Jacob Leibenluft, the Department of the Treasury’s Chief Recovery Officer.

The U.S. Department of the Treasury and the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs will host two identical 30-minute introductory briefings with state and local associations and stakeholders TODAY (May 10, 2021) at 4:00 PM EDT and 6:45 PM EDT.
