With the deadline for the third leg of the Economic Vitality Incentive Program rapidly approaching, we thought it important to provide an update on the multitude of questions that were posed to Treasury that arose during the League’s recent webinar. These questions are seeking critical clarifications on the interpretation of the act’s requirements, and unfortunately we are still waiting for Treasury to respond. We apologize, but at this juncture we have no choice but to wait for Treasury’s guidance.  We want to assure our members, that we are working diligently to get definitive guidance, and will provide answers as soon as they are available.
