SEMCOG, the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments, and its partner organization, the Metropolitan Affairs Coalition (MAC), have launched a study to gather residents’ perceptions on broadband. Responses will help guide future planning efforts. This evaluation will take only a few minutes to complete.
The survey is intended to collect perceptions on access to fast, reliable internet service as well as its importance in daily life. The aggregated responses to this survey will help to guide SEMCOG’s planning efforts as they finalize a regional framework on Broadband. Responses are encouraged from communities across the state as there are some demographic questions in the survey, zip code, for instance, that would help inform decisions beyond southeast Michigan.
This is valuable information as the League works with other organizations to ensure equitable access to broadband in all corners of Michigan.
