MDOT has indicated that a significant portion of rural and non-rural federal aid is not obligated (nor awarded) at this point, which is causing concern as to whether the State of Michigan will obligate/award all of its federal funds this year.

We need your input on how the “Stay Home, Stay Safe” order may be impacting federal aid projects! If you have not obligated a FY 2020 federal aid project, please let us know why by completing MDOT’s survey.
