Michigan Liquor Control Commission Local Government Online Information

Posted on October 3, 2019 by Dene Westbrook

The Michigan Liquor Control Commission (MLCC) understands the important role that local units of government and local law enforcement agencies play in helping to enforce the Liquor Control Code. To assist local governmental units and law enforcement, the MLCC has developed an online resource page. The page features information and forms regarding licensing, legalization of sale of spirits for on premises consumption, enforcement and finance issues. The page also features a variety of license search options.

The MLCC Local Government & Law Enforcement Resources web page can be found HERE.
