Michigan’s New Lead and Copper Rule: Valuable Information for your Community

Posted on July 16, 2018 by Dene Westbrook

Michigan’s new lead and copper rule will institute sweeping changes for communities across Michigan. To help our members we hosted a webinar last week to review all of the changes. To view the webinar please click here. (You will need to register to view the webinar. The recording is in mp4 format.)

In addition to the webinar we wanted to provide you with additional resources on this important topic. Please click the following links to access the information.

In the future we will be releasing a Q&A document as well as putting together additional educational opportunities for our members to better understand the rule. Please keep your eye on our Inside 208 Blog as well as the League’s calendar for more details.

John LaMacchia is the Assistant Director of State and Federal Affairs for the League handling transportation, infrastructure, energy and environment issues. He can be reached at [email protected] or 517-908-0303.
