At the November 6, 2012 general election a number of ballot initiatives will be presented to Michigan voters. The Citizens Research Council (CRC) has issued a comprehensive review of Proposal 1, the initiative to repeal PA 4 of 2011, the Local Government and School District Fiscal Accountability Act. The analysis is available on CRC’s website.

In addition CRC is offering webinars on all of the ballot iniatiives. A webinar on Proposals 3 (renewable energy), 5 (2/3 vote requirement) and 6 (international crossings) will be held on Friday, October 5 from 2-3:30. A webinar on Proposals 1 (PA 4), 2 (collective bargaining) and 4 (home health care worker unionization) will occur on October 8 at 2 p.m.
