On Wednesday, June 6th at 2 pm, join a webinar presentation designed for local officials to discuss implementation of a wireless nationwide public safety broadband network.

The webinar is designed to  help local leaders understand their role in building this critical public safety communications network. The Department of Commerce Deputy Assistant Secretary for Communications and Information, Anna Gomez, will present an overview and the role of state and local governments in making the network a reailty.  As local first responders will be the primary users of this network, municipalities must have a significant role in the planning of the network.
