Answer:
Warren provides for review of a proposed outdoor retail sales area by a panel of representatives from their building, police and planning departments. Applicants can expect the review to be completed within 10 days of submission. Among other things, the panel considers the effect upon parking, site circulation, traffic and abutting properties. Owosso and Ann Arbor permit open air businesses and outdoor sales as uses subject to special conditions. Lake Orion prohibits any person or business from using any village sidewalk areas for displaying goods and merchandise except within three feet of the wall of the buildings in the business portion of the village.
