COBRA Compliance and Education Program

MML Employee Benefits Services offers a COBRA administration program through Infinisource, of Coldwater, Michigan. This program does the required notifications and other paperwork associated with the COBRA Act. As changes in the law occur, Infinisource automatically implements the changes to keep participating municipalities in compliance.

Many public employees have taken advantage of the COBRA educational programs put on by this firm. These popular programs are free to MML members.

Infinisource has discounted their administration fees for MML members that subscribe to their services.

Eligibility: All Michigan Municipal League members subject to COBRA compliance requirements.
