Capital Conference Registration Policies
Delegate Registration Fee:
The registration fee includes all educational sessions, handouts, refreshment breaks, lunch, receptions, and Expo access. Additional registration fees apply for preconference events.
MML Liability & Property Pool and Workers Compensation Fund members are eligible for a $75 discount on conference registration fees. For questions, please contact Jennifer Orr at firstname.lastname@example.org or 800-653-2483.
Full, Associate and Business Alliance Program Member Rates:
Full Member Rates are for full member cities, villages, urban townships,associate members, and Business Alliance Program participants.
Nonmember Government Entity Rates:
Nonmember Government Entity Rates are for government related entities only.
University/College Student Rate:
The University/College student rate is available for fulltime undergrad or graduate students, who are not municipal officials or employees, or members of the Business Alliance Program.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to a $60
cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests after seven business days before the first day of the event. Email cancellation requests to email@example.com or fax them to 734-669-4223.
Guest Registration Fee:
The guest registration fee includes lunch, receptions and Expo access.
Guest Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests after seven business days before the first day of the event. Email cancellation requests to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax them to 734-669-4223.
Additional registration fees apply for pre-Conference workshops. To register for pre-Conference workshops, you can register online or use the pre-Conference registration forms found on the website.

Educational Credit Policy:
If you arrive late for a program, have to leave early or do not participate in program activities, your educational (EOA) credits will be adjusted accordingly.
