Bring Trainings to Your Community!
Sick of traveling to attend trainings around the state? Cannot afford the travel costs for all of your employees or elected officials? We are here to help you! The League offers affordable on-site trainings, where the training comes to you. We will identify a presenter that will address your community’s most urgent needs.
Check out this conflict resolution workshop:
Conflict is a part of everyday life. Too often, however, the choices for dealing with it are counter-productive and result in anger, arguments, stress and hurt feelings. Equally damaging is the passive approach some people take to conflict. If your municipal boards, commissions and employees experience conflicts and the inability to reach agreement, or if you’d simply like some methods to facilitate problem-solving more easily, we have the tools to help you avoid self-defeating approaches and resolve conflict constructively.
If you would like to schedule an on-site training, please contact Katie Holda Devine at kholda@mml.org or 734-669-6352.
