Michigan House Judiciary Takes Testimony on Online Public Notices

Last week, the League, along with Ann Arbor City Clerk Jackie Beaudry and city of Detroit Clerk Janice Winfrey, testified in support of legislation to allow public notices to be published online. A substitute was adopted today that allows it to also be posted on TV or radio stations. Click here to view photos from the hearing. MORE>
