League Earns Last-Minute Approvals From Lame Duck Legislature

Although there were only six full session days in the 2010 Lame Duck session, the League was still able to get many of our priorities through, from sewer bond dollars to bond refinancing to transit-oriented development and much more. It is likely that Democrats will do all they can to move through some issues while they still have control of both the House and Senate. One of those issues that might see the light of day is mandatory collective bargaining. MORE>
